Unified Engineering Dynamics is not a lender and does not provide loans, EMI or financing. What we do is give you a detailed, bank-ready machine quotation — the exact machine, specifications, price and applicable taxes — that you submit to your bank or NBFC to arrange an equipment or project loan. This is how most buyers fund their machine, and we make sure the quotation you need is clear, complete and professional so your loan application goes smoothly.
Project Finance / Bank Loan EMI Calculator
We don’t lend — we give you a detailed, bank-ready machine quotation. Use this calculator to estimate the loan EMI you’ll need, so you know exactly what to ask your bank or NBFC for.
Indicative EMI only (reducing-balance). Actual loan, rate, tenure and eligibility are decided solely by your bank/NBFC. We are not a lender — we provide the machine quotation you submit to them.
How Buying a Machine with a Bank Loan Works
Step 1 — Choose your machine. Use our Machine Finder or talk to a specialist to select the right machine for your business and budget.
Step 2 — Get a detailed quotation from us. We provide a complete, professional quotation covering the machine, its specifications, price, GST and delivery — the document your bank needs.
Step 3 — Estimate your EMI. Use the calculator above to work out the loan amount and monthly EMI, so you know what to ask the bank for and whether the instalment fits your expected earnings.
Step 4 — Apply to your bank or NBFC. Submit our quotation along with your documents to your bank and apply for an equipment or project loan. The bank assesses and sanctions the loan on its own terms.
Step 5 — We deliver, install and train. Once your loan is sanctioned and the order confirmed, we deliver the machine, install and commission it, and train your team — and you repay the bank in easy monthly instalments.
What Banks Typically Ask For
Requirements vary by bank and NBFC, but most equipment-loan applications need: our machine quotation (which we provide), your KYC and identity documents, proof of business (registration, GST, address), your financial documents (bank statements, ITR, balance sheet), and sometimes a simple project report describing the business and how the machine will be used. We can guide you on what to prepare, and our quotation is formatted to meet what banks expect.
Understanding Your EMI
Most equipment loans are repaid as a fixed monthly EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment) on a reducing balance. Your EMI depends on three things: the loan amount (machine cost minus your down payment), the interest rate, and the tenure. A larger down payment or a longer tenure lowers your monthly EMI, while a shorter tenure means paying less total interest. Use the calculator above to see how different down payments, rates and tenures change your EMI.
A useful check: compare the EMI with the machine's expected monthly profit (from our Profit Calculator). If the machine earns comfortably more than the EMI, it is effectively funding its own repayment — which is exactly what banks like to see.
Tips for a Smooth Loan Approval
- Get a clear, detailed quotation — a professional quotation with full machine specifications strengthens your application. Ours is bank-ready.
- Plan a reasonable down payment — contributing your own margin (often 10–25%) improves approval chances and lowers your EMI.
- Show realistic earnings — banks want to see the machine will generate enough to repay the loan. A simple projection helps.
- Keep documents ready — KYC, business proof and financials organized in advance speeds up sanction.
- Maintain a good credit profile — as with any loan, your credit history matters to the bank's decision.
Important: We Are Not a Lender
To be completely clear: Unified Engineering Dynamics sells and supports printing machines — we do not lend money, offer EMI, or sanction loans. All financing is arranged directly between you and your chosen bank or NBFC, subject entirely to their eligibility, interest rates, tenure and approval. Our role is to supply the machine and the professional quotation you need for your application, and to support you with installation, training, warranty and spare parts.
