UED supplies printing machinery (flex/solvent, eco-solvent, UV roll-to-roll and flatbed, DTF), laser and CNC machines, inks, spare parts and related installation, training and support services. Specifications, pricing and availability are as quoted and may change without notice.

- Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or placing orders.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Quotations are valid for the period stated. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment as per the quoted terms. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Warranty & Support
Machines include installation, operator training and warranty as per product terms. Consumables (inks, media) are covered against manufacturing defects; warranty excludes damage from misuse, unsuitable media or unauthorised servicing.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
UED's liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
