Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping

• Coverage: We ship printing machines, inks, spare parts and consumables across India.
• Dispatch & Transit: Machines are crated and dispatched after final testing, typically within 7 working days of payment confirmation; transit time depends on destination.
• Freight & Insurance: Freight, insurance and unloading charges are as quoted; goods are insured in transit.
• Delivery & Inspection: On delivery, inspect the package and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and inform us within 48 hours.

2. Installation

Every machine includes on-site installation, RIP setup, media profiling and operator training by our engineers.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged / Wrong Items: Report transit damage or wrong items within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange repair, replacement or credit as appropriate.
• Inks & Spares: Unopened inks and unused spares in original packaging may be returned within 7 days; defective items are replaced under warranty.
• Machines: Machines are configured and tested to your requirement, so change-of-mind returns do not apply; manufacturing defects are covered under the product warranty.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds or credits are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
