UED 3.3m Solvent Printer (8× KM512i Heads) – Overview
The UED is the machine lakhs of Indian flex printers know by heart: a 3.3-metre roll-to-roll solvent printer running 8 Konica Minolta KM512i 30PL heads at up to 280 m²/h (about 3010 sqft/hr) in production mode. Built-in movable media fixing keeps rolls from wandering, the eco-solvent-style pinch-roller assembly lays down perfectly stitched panels, and the intelligent infrared drying system starts and stops automatically with the print. A standard negative-pressure ink system, reflective photoelectric sensor for black banner media and head anti-collision protection make it a genuinely low-fuss daily production platform.
The UED-33-08H-K512 runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
