FAQs – UV Hybrid Printer in Moradabad
What is the UV hybrid printer price in Moradabad?
In Moradabad, a 1.8 m hybrid with 4 Epson i3200-U1 heads starts near Rs 9-15 lakh, Ricoh/Konica 1.8-1.9 m hybrids run Rs 15-22 lakh, 3.2 m hybrids cost Rs 18-30 lakh, and 5-6.6 m industrial hybrids with up to 40 heads go beyond Rs 35 lakh. GST and transport quoted separately.
Hybrid vs flatbed vs roll printer – which should I buy?
Choose hybrid when your orders mix rigid boards (acrylic, sunboard, glass) and roll media (wallpaper, backlit, vinyl) on the same day. Dedicated flatbeds are faster on rigid-only work and dedicated roll machines win on roll-only volume. Our comparison guide shows the exact decision math.
Can a hybrid really print 8×4 ft boards?
Yes – the 3.2 m hybrid class carries full 8×4 ft sunboard, acrylic and glass sheets on its belt with vacuum hold-down, then switches to roll mode for vinyl and backlit film in minutes.
Does a hybrid support white ink and varnish?
All our hybrids run CMYK plus white with optional varnish channels – so dark boards, transparent films and premium gloss finishes are all covered on the same machine.
What does a UV hybrid cost to run?
LED UV ink runs roughly Rs 4,500-6,500 per litre with 10-15 ml per square metre of coverage – ink stays a small fraction of the selling price on both board and roll jobs.
Do you deliver and install UV hybrids in Moradabad?
Yes – UED dispatches from Lucknow to Moradabad by insured transport, and our engineer handles bed levelling, belt calibration, head alignment, RIP setup and operator training so your first paid jobs in Uttar Pradesh run within days.
