eRICK ER-HR3200 UV Hybrid Printer (Ricoh/Konica, 3.2m) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HR3200 is the high-throughput heart of the ERICK hybrid line: a 3.2-metre UV platform running 4–12 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 or Konica 1024i/1024A heads. The factory’s official platform figure for this width is 78 m²/h on Konica heads (63 m²/h Gen6, 47 m²/h Gen5), enough to run roll banners all day and switch to acrylic or sunboard at night. BYHX control electronics, THK rails, Leadshine servos and a German tank chain carry the carriage, constant-temperature heating stabilises every ink channel, and the negative-pressure supply runs maintenance-free. Auto height sensing, anti-collision and low-ink alarms come standard; colours scale to CMYK + White + Varnish or fluorescent sets.
The ER-HR-3200 covers acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels at production-house speed. Dual-use 3.2m architecture replaces a flatbed plus a roll printer with one supported machine.
