eRICK ER-HD1904H UV Hybrid Printer (4× Epson i3200-U1, 1.9m) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HD1904H is the compact way into true hybrid UV production: one 1.9-metre machine that prints rigid sheets – acrylic, glass, wood, PVC and KT board – and roll media like vinyl, flex and wallpaper without swapping platforms. Four Epson i3200-U1 UV heads lay down CMYK plus White at 720×1200 dpi, 16 m²/h in 4-pass production. The carriage carries double anti-collision protection with adjustable height for thick substrates, Hiwin linear rails keep motion precise, and the adjustable suction bed holds thin films and boards equally flat. An intelligent LED drying system cures ink instantly, and the optional all-in-one computer ships with an 8th-gen i7, 16/32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD and a 15.6-inch touchscreen.
The ER-HD-1904H earns daily on acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels. UV-LED ink cures instantly – boards come off the machine scratch-resistant, waterproof and ready to finish, with no drying wait.
