OMAJIC UV3220 Flatbed UV Printer (3–8× Ricoh G5/G6) – Overview
The OMAJIC UV3220 is the big-bed industrial of the flatbed family: a 3200×2000mm platform with 3–8 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 heads for glass processors, ACP fabricators, ceramic-tile printers and furniture-panel décor lines. A gantry-milled beam on dual THK guides carries CMYK + White + Varnish in one pass, and the anti-static device keeps large glossy sheets perfectly clean while printing.
The OM-UV3220 handles daily production on acrylic sheets, glass panels, aluminium & metal boards, ceramic tiles, PVC & foam board, wood, MDF, phone covers, leather, USB drives, gift items, corporate plaques and packaging prototypes. UV-cured prints come off the machine instantly dry, waterproof and scratch-resistant, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
