eRICK UV3220 UV Flatbed Printer (Ricoh G5/G6, 3.2×2.0m) – Overview
The eRICK UV3220 is the factory-floor monster of the ERICK flatbed line: a 3.2×2.0-metre bed that swallows full 8×4 boards with room to work, driven by 3–16 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 heads. Eight button-matched suction zones flip on/off by area so jigs and odd shapes run back-to-back without wasting vacuum; the automatic powerful waste-ink wiping capping station keeps heads unclogged; and built-in media alignment pins drop every board perfectly square to the print. Independent constant-temperature ink heating, negative-pressure supply and an anti-collision system are factory standard, CMYK LC LM W V inks run from Caldera/PhotoPrint, and the platform supports eye-catching UV fluorescent colour solutions for fashion and footwear work.
