eRICK UV1216 UV Flatbed Printer (3× Epson i3200-U1, 1.2×1.6m) – Overview
The eRICK UV1216 is the mid-size step in the ERICK UV flatbed family: a 1.2×1.6-metre gantry platform running 3 Epson i3200-U1 UV heads in CMYK + White + Varnish – big enough for full décor panels and batch merchandising, compact enough for a single-room studio. The family chassis brings separated vacuum suction zones that switch by area for small or shaped items, a laser-sensed anti-collision system that parks the carriage before it strikes a warped board, Hiwin linear rails with Leadshine servo drive, and a maintenance-free negative-pressure ink supply. Prints are cured instantly by UV LED, waterproof and scratch-resistant off the bed, and the factory’s 1200 dpi AI carriage scanner option auto-detects item position for jig-free batch printing. Product photos show the shared ERICK 1016/1316 family body; the 1216 is supplied to order.
The ER-UV-1216 prints daily on acrylic & ACP boards, glass & mirrors, wood & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, metal sheets, PVC / sunboard / foam board, KT board, leather & fabric sheets, phone cases & gadget covers, packaging prototypes, promotional merchandise and personalised décor items.
