eRICK UV2513 UV Flatbed Printer (Ricoh G5/G6, 2.5×1.3m) – Overview
The eRICK UV2513 is the 2.5×1.3-metre UV flatbed India’s professional shops standardise on: it takes 3 to 16 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 heads on an advanced magnetic-levitation transmission whose grating ruler feeds back carriage position in real time – no backlash artefact, no banding at speed. A BYHX inkjet control board, Hiwin rails, Leadshine servo motor and German-imported tank chain carry production day after day; 4 separated suction areas hold anything from A4 giveaways to full boards; and independent constant-temperature ink heating with a negative-pressure supply keeps every head jetting. Official platform figures rate the G6 configuration at 18 m²/h 4-pass (12 m²/h 6-pass) in CMYK + White + Varnish, driven from Caldera or PhotoPrint. Anti-collision, print-height sensor and lack-ink alarm are factory standard.
The ER-UV-2513 is production plant for acrylic & ACP boards, glass & mirrors, wood & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, metal sheets, PVC / sunboard / foam board, KT board, leather & fabric sheets, phone cases & gadget covers, packaging prototypes, promotional merchandise and personalised décor items. Magnetic-levitation drive and up to 16 G6 heads keep the 2.5×1.3m bed earning all shift.
