OMAJIC 8×4 ft Glass / PVC Door UV Printer – Overview
This OMAJIC 8×4 ft UV printer is engineered specifically for glass and PVC door printing. Fitted with two Ricoh Gen5 heads and a CMYK + White configuration, it reaches up to ~12 m²/h and prints both white base and colour in a single pass — giving strong, opaque results on transparent glass or coloured PVC media.
Single-Pass White + Colour
The two-head CMYK + White setup lays the white underbase and colour in one pass, delivering vivid, opaque graphics on materials where other printers would need two separate runs. This speeds up door production and cuts labour.
Engineered for Doors
The rigid 8×4 ft bed provides stable registration for door-size panels, so decorators and manufacturers produce consistent, repeatable graphics with minimal misalignment on every piece.
Durable UV-Cured Output
UV-LED lamps cure ink instantly, yielding scratch- and moisture-resistant prints suitable for finished door products that will be handled and installed.
Productivity
At up to ~12 m²/h, this model is a practical production tool for glass door decorators, PVC door manufacturers and signage shops running door-size work.
