OMAJIC UR 320E UV Roll-to-Roll Printer – Overview

The OMAJIC UR 320E is a 3.2-metre UV roll-to-roll printer driven by two Epson i3200-U1 heads. Unlike solvent machines, it uses UV-LED curable ink that hardens instantly under the lamp, producing scratch-resistant, weather-resistant output that is ready to laminate or finish the moment it leaves the press.

Why UV?

UV-LED ink cures on the surface instead of soaking in, which means the UR 320E can print on non-porous media that solvent machines cannot handle — and there is no drying time, so jobs flow straight through to finishing. Output resists scratching and weather, holding up in demanding outdoor and wrapping applications.

Print Quality & Speed

Two Epson i3200-U1 heads deliver fine droplets and good productivity, while UV-LED lamps cure each pass cleanly for crisp edges and saturated colour.
