eRICK ER-UR1901E UV Roll to Roll Printer (1× Epson i3200-U1) – Overview
The eRICK ER-UR1901E is the single-head entry into UV roll-to-roll production: a 1.9-metre machine running one Epson i3200-U1 PrecisionCore UV head at up to 2400 dpi in CMYK plus White. UV LED lamps cure the ink the instant it lands, so soft ceiling films, PET, transparent window film and wallpaper come off the take-up fully dry, scratch-resistant and waterproof – no outgassing wait, no lamination urgency. The 1.9m roll body rides on the factory’s shared roll platform: high-quality DC servo drive, adjustable two-foot pinch rollers, lifting capping station, lack-of-material alarm and a positive-pressure bulk ink system, with LAN/USB job delivery from PhotoPrint-class RIPs.
The ER-UR-1901E prints UV vinyl stickers & decals, soft film & stretch-ceiling graphics, backlit film & backlit boards, transparent & window film graphics, wallpaper & wall coverings, PET film, reflective media, vehicle & fleet graphics and promotional display films. White ink under CMYK on clear and dark films opens premium window graphics and coloured-media work; rows marked (class) are platform-class figures confirmed at order time.
