SPT Konica 512i 4-Head Negative Pressure Flex Printer – Overview
The SPT Konica 512i 4-head negative-pressure printer is the balanced entry into industrial flex production: four KM512i heads fed by a controlled negative-pressure ink system that holds ink pressure constant at the nozzle plate – eliminating starvation streaks during long runs. On the 3200mm roll-to-roll chassis with automatic feeding and take-up, it is built for daily banner volumes with minimal operator attention.
The SPT-512I-4HNP runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit flex displays, one-way vision film, mesh banners, PVC vinyl stickers & vehicle graphics, canvas, reflective media and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
