SPT T8 PRO PLUS 512i Flex Printing Machine (8× Konica 512i) – Overview
The SPT T8 PRO PLUS 512i doubles the T8 platform to eight Konica Minolta 512i 30PL heads across a 3300mm carriage: a true production monster for high-volume flex plants. Its negative-pressure ink system keeps all eight heads fed at full firing frequency, the BYHX board drives a colour touch screen, and segmented intelligent infrared heating dries heavy-coverage hoardings at up to 280 m²/h in 2-pass mode.
The SPT-T8PROPLUS-512I runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit flex displays, one-way vision film, mesh banners, PVC vinyl stickers & vehicle graphics, canvas, reflective media and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
