UED 5.3m Giant Solvent Printer (12× HS1000 Heads) – Overview
The UED – marketed as the – is the biggest horsepower in the 5-metre line: twelve Konica high-speed heads deliver up to 900 m²/h in 1-pass draft (nearly 9700 sqft/hr) and a factory-believable 360 m²/h at sale-quality 480×720 dpi 2-pass. Even with the economical 12× KM512i 30PL headset it sustains 450 m²/h at 360×360 dpi. HS1000 heads add their 72.2mm coverage and dense 360dpi physical precision for band-free solids at speed. Built on the ‘s 7800mm, 2100 kg industrial chassis with three-phase-class 380V power, infrared drying and a media collecting system that keeps up with a 900 m²/h appetite.
The UED-53-12H-HS runs daily production on 5-metre flex hoardings, billboards and building wraps, PAV flex, backlit boards, black-back media, mesh banners, SAV stickers, vinyl, stage backdrops, fabric (solvent base) and grand-format outdoor advertising. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
