UED 5.3m Giant Solvent Printer (8× KM512i Heads) – Overview
The UED is the 5-metre production floor standard: a 5285mm print width industrial solvent giant configured with 8 heads – Konica KM512i 30PL for economy, or HS1000/6988H high-speed heads when you need 600 m²/h of billboards per shift. It runs on 380V three-phase-class power with a 13.6kW machine envelope including infrared drying, and its 2100 kg chassis with mute dual guide rails and metal grating keeps full-width registration true at speed. The professional external collecting system takes the heaviest dried rolls straight to finishing.
The UED-53-08H-K512 runs daily production on 5-metre flex hoardings, billboards and building wraps, PAV flex, backlit boards, black-back media, mesh banners, SAV stickers, vinyl, stage backdrops, fabric (solvent base) and grand-format outdoor advertising. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
