UED 5.3m Solvent Printer (6× 9888H Heads) – Overview
The UED is the high-throughput member of the 9888H high-resolution 5.3m family. Six new-generation Konica heads in a 3-row layout put over 10,600 nozzles across the web, so razor-sharp 2-row-class image quality now arrives at production pace. Variable 5/10/15PL droplets keep skin tones and backlit gradients smooth, while the industrial 2100 kg frame, THK mute dual rails and infrared heater-fan system hold registration across full 5-metre, 200 kg-class rolls.
The UED-53-06H-9888 runs daily production on 5-metre flex hoardings, billboards and building wraps, PAV flex, backlit boards, black-back media, mesh banners, SAV stickers, vinyl, stage backdrops, fabric (solvent base) and grand-format outdoor advertising. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
