UED Solvent Printer (Konica 6pl, 4/8 Heads) – Overview
The machine is UED’s quality flagship for the signage industry – the first solvent printer in the world engineered around Konica Minolta’s 6pl industrial head, whose per-nozzle drop-velocity optimization and 3-level grayscale produce gradients and textures no 512i-class machine can match. Available with 4 heads (4-head) or 8 (8-head) – and upgradable later – it reaches 2130 sqft/hr while serving both indoor and outdoor work from one 3.2m platform.
This UED machine runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
