Gethray 1024i Solvent Printer – Overview
The Gethray 1024i Solvent Printer is the higher-production, higher-fidelity member of the family. The Konica KM 1024i head fires a 13 pl drop – less than half the volume of the classic 512i 30 pl – which means visibly smoother gradients and finer type at billboard scale, with industrial firing frequencies that keep speeds in production territory. Media handling stretches from thin films to 2–8 mm thick boards-class flexible media, so one machine covers flex, vinyl, one-way vision, backlit and mesh.
The Gethray 1024I runs all day on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, self-adhesive vinyl, one-way vision film, mesh, backlit flex, coated banner, PVC and PP media, canvas and fabric backdrops. Solvent and eco-solvent prints are waterproof and UV-resistant for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
