Allwin C8 PLUS Solvent Printer (KM512i / HS1000, 8 Heads, 3.3m) – Overview
The Allwin C8 PLUS builds on the legendary C8 with an improved function configuration and a faster head platform. The standard machine ships with 8 Konica KM512i 30PL heads delivering up to 280 m²/h; specify the HS1000 (Konica 1024i-class) high-speed headset and it becomes a blistering 600 m²/h production monster with 80% higher physical nozzle precision to keep solid colours band-free. Intelligent infrared drying, movable media fixing, negative-pressure ink supply and anti-collision head protection all come standard.
The AW-C8PLUS-512I-8H runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
