eRICK ER-HR1800 UV Hybrid Printer (Ricoh/Konica, 1.8m) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HR1800 brings the factory’s industrial HD-PRO hybrid architecture to a 1.8-metre footprint: 4–12 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 or Konica 1024i/1024A heads producing up to 54 m²/h in the platform’s official Konica configuration (41 m²/h Gen6, 29 m²/h Gen5 – factory platform data). The mechanical package is the industrial one: BYHX inkjet control board, THK precision rails, Leadshine servo motors and German tank chain, with independent constant-temperature ink heating and a negative-pressure supply that needs no routine servicing. Auto material-height sensing and anti-collision protect the heads across rigid boards and roll stock. Product photos show the shared ERICK UV-hybrid platform line; the 1.8m body is supplied to order.
The ER-HR-1800 fits workshops printing acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels without dedicating separate flatbed and roll machines.
