eRICK ER-HD3200PRO UV Hybrid Printer (Ricoh/Konica, 3.2m) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HD3200PRO is the 3.2-metre industrial answer to the print-everything brief: a UV hybrid that runs 4–12 heads of your choice – Ricoh Gen5, Ricoh Gen6, Konica 1024i or Konica 1024A – reaching 78 m²/h on Konica heads (63 m²/h Gen6, 47 m²/h Gen5). A BYHX inkjet control board, THK precision rails, Leadshine servo motors and a German-imported tank chain give it factory-floor stamina, while independent constant-temperature ink heating and a none-maintenance negative-pressure ink supply keep jetting stable through long runs. The auto height-detection device senses each board, the anti-collision system protects the head bank, and ink channels support CMYK + White + Varnish or fluorescent spot colours. Optional all-in-one i7 touchscreen computer; Caldera or PhotoPrint RIP.
The ER-HD-3200PRO is built for heavy shops running acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels. Twelve-head Konica configurations turn 3.2m board and roll work into genuine industrial throughput.
