eRICK ER-HR5000 UV Hybrid Printer (5.2m, up to 40 Heads) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HR5000 steps the hybrid concept up to grand format: the factory’s 5.2m-class production platform (factory designation MJ-HD5200PRO) accepts 8 to 40 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 or Konica 1024i/1024A heads arranged in up to 6 print rows, so capacity scales with your order book. Air-expanding shafts grip rolls of any diameter securely, branded motion hardware – THK rails, Leadshine servos, German tank chain – keeps a very heavy carriage accurate at speed, and rigorous ink filtration protects every head. Ink sets run CMYK LC LM W V on a 6000W electrical package. Image set shows the ERICK hybrid platform plus unbranded grand-format detail photos; the 5m-class body is supplied to order with your chosen head count.
The ER-HR-5000 is for houses printing acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels at grand format. Rows marked (class) are platform-class values confirmed in writing with your quotation.
