eRICK UV2513 U1 UV Flatbed Printer (Epson i3200-U1, 2.5×1.3m) – Overview
The eRICK UV2513 U1 is the brains-and-brawn 2513: factory designation ER-UV2513MAX with the Epson i3200-U1 head set, rated at 10 m²/h 4-pass (8 m²/h 6-pass) in official data. Its party trick is the 1200 dpi UV carriage AI scanner – it scans each object on the bed to +/-0.1 mm and auto-generates the print path, ending manual positioning forever. Under the skin: Hiwin rails, Leadshine servo, screw-rod Y-axis with 0.1-micron grating-ruler correction, dual independent vacuum pumps (adjustable -5 to -12 kPa per side zone), anti-static device, standard-quality oxidation-treated bed and 100mm print height for boxes, bottles and thick décor. CMYK + White + Varnish cures under UV LED; an all-in-one i7 touchscreen console is optional.
The ER-UV-2513U1 automates acrylic & ACP boards, glass & mirrors, wood & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, metal sheets, PVC / sunboard / foam board, KT board, leather & fabric sheets, phone cases & gadget covers, packaging prototypes, promotional merchandise and personalised décor items – objects placed anywhere on the bed print registered and cured, with the AI scanner replacing jig labour.
