Allwin C8 PRO 1024i Solvent Printer (C1024I PRO, 8× HS1000, 3.25m) – Overview
The Allwin C8 PRO 1024i is the flagship of the 3.2-metre class: eight Konica HS1000 / 6988H high-speed print heads (30PL/13PL drop range) propel output to a genuine 600 m²/h in 1-pass draft and 240 m²/h at true sale-quality 480×720 dpi – that’s roughly 6450 sqft of banners per hour. Each 72.2mm head prints 11% more length per pass and its 360dpi physical nozzle precision with 20% more ink volume is engineered to eliminate banding on heavy solid colours. It runs the same industrial platform as the PRO 512i: THK mute dual rails, optional linear motor, intelligent infrared drying and a negative-pressure ink system.
The AW-C8PRO-1024I runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
