Allwin E6812 6.8m Giant Solvent Printer (12× KM1024i) – Overview
The Allwin E6812 is the heavyweight champion of the range: a genuine 6.8-metre print width driven by 12 Konica KM1024i 30PL high-speed heads on a 9350mm-long, 4200 kg industrial chassis. Linear-motor-driven THK mute double guide rails move the carriage across its huge span without losing registration, air-shaft roll handling manages giant media, and the KM1024i heads’ dense 360dpi physical precision with 20% higher ink volume keeps 6-metre billboards rich and band-free. For printers whose clients order building wraps and highway hoardings, this is the machine that turns ‘too big’ into ‘same-day’.
The AW-E6812-1024I-12H runs daily production on 5-metre flex hoardings, billboards and building wraps, PAV flex, backlit boards, black-back media, mesh banners, SAV stickers, vinyl, stage backdrops, fabric (solvent base) and grand-format outdoor advertising. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
