FAQs – UV Roll to Roll Printer in Gorakhpur
What is the UV roll to roll printer price in Gorakhpur?
In Gorakhpur, an entry 1.6-1.9 m UV roll printer with one Epson i3200-U1 head starts near Rs 6-9 lakh, 2-head 1.8 m production machines run Rs 9-14 lakh, 4-head PRO models cost Rs 13-18 lakh, and 3.2 m wide-format UV roll machines range from Rs 18-40 lakh depending on head count. GST and transport are quoted separately.
UV roll-to-roll or UV flatbed – which one do I need?
Roll machines print flexible media – wallpaper, backlit film, vinyl rolls, canvas, vehicle wraps and fabrics. Flatbeds print rigid sheets – acrylic, wood, glass, doors. Many studios own both; if your orders are wallpaper, backlit and banners, start with the roll machine and add a flatbed later.
Why buy a UV roll printer instead of eco-solvent?
UV cures instantly under LED lamps, so prints are dry the moment they leave the machine – no drying racks, no waiting before lamination. UV also prints on uncoated media, adds white ink for striking backlit work, and the prints resist scratching and fading longer outdoors.
What can I print on a UV roll-to-roll machine?
Custom wallpaper and wall murals, backlit film for glow-sign boards, self-adhesive vinyl, canvas art rolls, window and glass films, ceiling prints, vehicle wrap media, soft signage fabrics and hoarding skins – all with optional white ink.
What does a UV roll printer cost to run daily?
LED UV ink costs roughly Rs 4,500-6,500 per litre. A full-color pass with white uses about 10-15 ml per square metre, so ink stays a small fraction of the selling price – premium backlit and wallpaper jobs typically sell at several times the banner rate.
