Allwin E5304 5.3m Solvent Printer (9888H, 2-Row 4 Heads) – Overview
The Allwin E5304 pairs grand 5.3-metre width with the fine detail of the new-generation Konica 9888H print head. Four heads in a 2-row array deliver 1776-nozzle density per head with variable 5PL/10PL/15PL droplets – so 5-metre billboards, backlit boards and building wraps come out with photo-class smoothness even at viewing distances where other giant printers fall apart. THK mute double guide rails with optional linear motor, negative-pressure supply electronics and a waste-ink collection capping system keep it dependable shift after shift.
The AW-E5304-9888H runs daily production on 5-metre flex hoardings, billboards and building wraps, PAV flex, backlit boards, black-back media, mesh banners, SAV stickers, vinyl, stage backdrops, fabric (solvent base) and grand-format outdoor advertising. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
