eRICK ER-HR6600 PRO UV Hybrid Printer (6.6m, up to 40 Heads) – Overview
The eRICK ER-HR6600 PRO is the widest UV hybrid in the ERICK programme – a 6.6-metre industrial workhorse (factory designation MJ-HD6600PRO) that ends two limits at once: panel stitching, by printing 6.6m wide in a single piece, and speed, by stacking up to 40 Ricoh Gen5/Gen6 or Konica 1024i/1024A heads in up to 6 print rows. Pneumatic air shafts secure jumbo rolls of any diameter, THK rails with Leadshine servo drive and a German tank chain keep the giant carriage accurate, and multi-stage ink filtration protects the head investment. Independent ink heating, negative supply, height sensing, anti-collision and low-ink alarms are factory standard on the 6000W platform. The ER-HR-6600PRO prints acrylic & ACP sign boards, glass & mirror decoration, wooden & MDF panels, ceramic tiles, PVC / sunboard & KT board, metal sheets, flex banners, vinyl stickers, wallpaper, backlit film, canvas, ceiling & interior décor panels and exhibition panels at 6.6m without stitching. Rows marked (class) are platform-class values confirmed in writing with your quotation.
