eRICK ER-UR1804 PRO UV Roll to Roll Printer (4× i3200-U1) – Overview
The eRICK ER-UR1804 PRO is the range-topping 1.8-metre UV roll-to-roll: four Epson i3200-U1 heads deliver 16 m²/h at 720×1200 dpi 4-pass (13 m²/h at 720×2400 dpi 6-pass – official factory figures), with the 2204 PRO cousin covering 2.2-metre rolls. The English-made-line Hoson control board, 2L positive-pressure bulk ink system and external UV LED curing unit keep four heads jetting stable through full rolls, while SAi PhotoPrint or Ripprint drive jobs over 3.0 LAN from any Windows workstation. Standard 720×1200 dpi resolution, 1–5mm head-height adjustment and a 25±5kg roll specification make it a genuinely shift-friendly UV production platform.
