ColorJet SoniQ Aqua Solvent Printer (Konica Aqua 6pl, 4/8 Heads) – Overview
The SoniQ Aqua is ColorJet’s quality flagship for the signage industry – the first solvent printer in the world engineered around Konica Minolta’s Aqua 6pl industrial head, whose per-nozzle drop-velocity optimization and 3-level grayscale produce gradients and textures no 512i-class machine can match. Available with 4 heads (SC4428) or 8 (SC8428) – and upgradable later – it reaches 2130 sqft/hr while serving both indoor and outdoor work from one 3.2m platform.
The CJ-SONIQAQUA runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
