eRICK ER-ECO 3204 PRO Eco Solvent Printer (4× i3200-E1, 3.2m) – Overview
The eRICK ER-ECO 3204 PRO – factory designation ER-ECO3204PLUS – is the 3.2-metre industrial flagship of the ERICK eco-solvent range. Four Epson i3200-E1 PrecisionCore heads deliver a genuine 100 m²/h at 720×1200 dpi 4-pass, with 85 m²/h at 720×1800 dpi for premium work. The electronics are specification-grade: Hoson mainboard, Leadshine servo motor and THK 2.0 linear rail, plus four 3L secondary ink tanks with automatic low-ink alarm and a 4-head lifting capping station. A suction printing platform and a 21-tube 4500W heating array dry heavy banner stock instantly, and carriage level anti-collision protects the head bank at full speed.
The ER-ECO-3204PRO is industrial plant for self-adhesive vinyl stickers & decals, vehicle wraps, flex & PVC banners, backlit film & backlit boards, one-way vision film, window & glass graphics, wallpaper & wall wraps, PP paper / photo posters, canvas prints and exhibition graphics – expect 3.2m billboard and hoarding panels, bus and vehicle wraps and full-roll banner production at genuinely industrial hourly output.
