OMAJIC OM-ECO 1901H Eco Solvent Printer – Overview
The OMAJIC OM-ECO 1901H is the cleanest way to enter the eco-solvent printing business. It is a single-head, 1.9-metre printer available with an Epson I3200 or XP600 print head on OMAJIC’s proven OM-ECO chassis. Choosing a single-head machine means minimal ink wastage, straightforward day-to-day maintenance and consistent colour run after run — exactly what a new shop needs while it builds volume.
Print Quality & Head Technology
The Epson i3200 piezo head delivers fine, variable-size droplets that reproduce smooth gradients, fine text and photographic imagery at up to 2400 dpi. The XP600 alternative offers proven economy with excellent results for day-to-day sticker and vinyl work. Because the head is easy to access and replace, the 1901H keeps downtime and service costs to a minimum.
Construction & Build
Built on OMAJIC’s heavy-duty 1.9 m chassis, the 1901H uses a rigid gantry and accurate media transport to hold registration even on long banner runs. Its sturdy frame reduces vibration so output stays sharp at working speeds.
Low Running Cost
Eco-solvent ink in bulk supply with continuous ink supply keeps cost per square foot low. The ink is scratch-resistant once cured, works on uncoated vinyl and flex, and is odour-friendly for indoor signage work.
Ease of Use
Setup can be automatic or manual, media feeding and tension are adjustable, and the machine can be operated from its panel or via your RIP workstation. Pre- and post-heating give fast ink set and vivid, saturated colour.
Applications
Self-adhesive vinyl stickers and decals, flex & banner printing, backlit film, PVC board, one-way vision, shop signage and window graphics.
