UED Solvent Printer (KM512i, 4/8 Heads) – Overview
This UED machine is built for one thing: maximum output per hour. Its heavy-duty 1500kg frame carries 4 or 8 Konica Minolta 512i grayscale heads with independent drive technology that fires each nozzle individually – the secret behind production speeds up to 2818 sqft/hr (263 m²/h) without losing accuracy. An IR-based evaporative drying system keeps pace with the heaviest coverage, making it the profit-maximizing answer for high-volume flex and vinyl plants.
This UED machine runs daily production on flex banners, vinyl hoardings, backlit film & displays, one-way vision film, window film, SAV/PVC banner, wall & building wraps, fabric (solvent base), vehicle wraps and outdoor advertising cloth. Solvent prints are waterproof and UV-stable for long outdoor life, and the machine’s service ecosystem is supported across India.
