UED Zenith High-Speed Eco Solvent Printer (E3246-4H / E3246-6H) – Overview
The UED Zenith is the industrial-grade eco-solvent answer for print houses that want solvent-class speed with eco-friendly operation. Built on a heavy-duty 1500 kg frame with high mechanical precision, it runs 4 or 6 grayscale industrial heads at up to 1175 sqft/hr (109 m²/h) backed by an IR-based evaporative drying system for true mass production. UED’s EcoPure ink mechanism uses non-volatile organic compounds (NVOCs) instead of harmful cyclohexanone – prints stay water-resistant, fade-resistant and UV-safe while the workplace and environment stay cleaner.
The UED-ZNT-E3246 runs daily production on vinyl & SAV stickers, vehicle wraps, canvas prints, wall & building wraps, backlit film & displays, one-way vision, window film, PVC banner, paper posters, exhibition graphics and fabric (eco-solvent base). EcoPure eco-solvent prints are low-odour, water-resistant, fade-resistant and UV-safe – ready for indoor display and outdoor life alike, with the machine’s service ecosystem supported across India.
